I was with the class taking them on a field trip to a sports bar in town and the owner said and it is true that bartenders are basically sub-contractors. The amount of income you make is entirely up to you. Like I said as well in one of my blogs in October is never prejudge anyone.Treat everyone equal and they all become your regulars , not just a few. Well put!
